Establishment of Water-Energy Consortium Proposed in Central Asia for Regional Cooperation

There is a proposal to establish a Central Asian water-energy consortium and create a Ministry of Water Resources in Bishkek to address water issues in the region, following an international conference in Kyrgyzstan.
