Kyrgyzstan Parliament Approves Changes for Convicted Citizens Serving Sentences Abroad

Kyrgyzstan's parliament approved amendments to the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes aiming to facilitate the transfer of its citizens convicted abroad to serve their sentences in their home country.
