Changes in Radio Frequency Spectrum Rules in Kazakhstan Effective May 2024

The Ministry of Digital Development in Kazakhstan has made changes to the rules for assigning frequency bands and conducting electromagnetic compatibility calculations for civil radio electronic devices. The order also specifies the process for obtaining permits for the use of the radio frequency spectrum.
