EBRD Funds Sustainable Transport in Dushanbe under Green City Action Plan

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is financing the modernization of infrastructure and sustainable transport solutions in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, under the Green City Action Plan. The EBRD is providing a sovereign loan to improve the transport system, including roads, bridges, dedicated lanes for buses and trolleybuses, and zones for pedestrians, cyclists, and electric vehicles, aiming to reduce carbon emissions by 37%.
