Alibek Kuantyrov Appointed as General Director of Kazenergy Association

Former Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan, Alibek Kuantyrov, has been appointed as the General Director of the Kazakh Association of Oil and Gas Organizations Kazenergy. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in government to this new position.
