New Chief Appointed to Head Karaganda Region Police Department

Negmet Ismagulov has been appointed as the new chief of the Karaganda region police department, succeeding Sanzhar Adilov. Ismagulov brings extensive experience in law enforcement to his new role, previously serving as the deputy chief of the Kostanay region police department.
