Government Expands Functions of Ministry of Industry and Construction in Kazakhstan

The government of Kazakhstan has expanded the functions of the Ministry of Industry and Construction to include oversight of electronic vehicle passports, management of a registry of permits, and rules for scientific research within the state defense order.
