Monument to the Letter "Ы": Symbol of Kyrgyzstan's Linguistic Heritage

A monument to the letter "Ы" will be erected in Bishkek to celebrate the significance of the letter in the Kyrgyz language and culture. The monument, unveiled by "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" and the Bishkek City Hall, will feature a QR code providing information about Kyrgyzstan in two languages.
