The Ministry of Science and Higher Education has approved the dates for document submission and the competition for participation in a scientific internship.
Documents for the competition can be submitted from April 29 to October 25, 2024.
The competitive selection will take place from May 10 to November 30, 2024.
The order comes into effect on April 24, 2024.
According to the Rules for the selection of candidates and the completion of scientific internships, a candidate for a scientific internship must be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, having:
- a scientific degree of Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Doctor in the field, Master;
- at least 12 months of continuous actual work experience in the chosen area of specialization of scientific research in accredited entities of scientific and (or) scientific-technical activities;
- an unconditional invitation (excluding financial conditions) from a foreign organization included in the list, hosting the candidate for a scientific internship in accordance with the conducted scientific research;
- a valid official certificate of proficiency in the state and foreign languages;
- scientific results (articles or reviews indexed in international databases Web of Science, Scopus, or in domestic or foreign scientific publications recommended by the authorized body overseeing control functions in the field of science and higher education or international applications of the Patent Cooperation Treaty).
