In the Abu'l-Qasim Ferdowsi Park of Culture and Recreation in the city of Dushanbe, a ceremony was held to award the winners of the republican flower competition "Sairi Guli Lola" (Tulip Festival) on May 1st.
The winners of the competition received awards including the Grand Prix, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree diplomas. Participants were also recognized with certificates of merit from the Committee for Local Development under the President.
The republican flower festival included categories such as "Best Park", "Best Square", "Best Mahalla", "Best Village", "Best Hamlet", "Best Settlement", "Best District", and "Best City".
The city of Dushanbe was honored with the Grand Prix of the republican competition.
