President Mirziyoyev identified industrial zones for additional projects, unexplored mineral deposits, and underutilized export potential in neighboring countries. Auctions for mineral deposits, customs posts, trading houses, and logistics centers are planned to stimulate economic growth. Furthermore, projects in textile, leather, jewelry, electrical, and construction industries were instructed to be developed.

Construction of a cascade of hydroelectric power plants and solar power stations commenced in the Pap district on March 25, with future plans for small hydroelectric plants. Agriculture challenges were acknowledged, with a focus on modernizing irrigation systems. Intensive fish farming projects inspired by Slovenia were announced in several regions.
