The Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, has signed a resolution on the establishment of the state enterprise "Kyrgyz Kurshavel" under the management of the president's office. The document has been published on the government's website.

The resolution aims to create conditions for the implementation of infrastructure projects in the tourism sector with a cluster approach, improving management structure, and efficient use of financial resources.

The President's office has been tasked with the following in due course:

- Develop and approve the charter of the state enterprise "Kyrgyz Kurshavel";

- Conduct state registration of the state enterprise with the judicial authorities;

- Take organizational and other measures arising from this resolution.

The document will come into force seven days after the official publication.

It is worth noting that the President was previously presented with a new ski resort project called "Three Peaks". During a working meeting, the CEO of the French company S3V (Société de Trois Vallees), Pascal de Thiersant, mentioned that the "Three Peaks" cluster could become the largest ski resort in Central Asia. The project covers three mountain peaks in the Issyk-Kul region: Jyrgalan, Ak-Bulak, and Boz-Uchuk. According to the plan, ski slopes totaling about 200 kilometers will be built in these areas.

It is expected that the project will create 4,800 jobs. The amount of tax revenues is estimated at 146 million euros. The resorts will operate for ten months a year and are expected to attract up to 850,000 tourists annually.
