Over 370,000 Taxpayers Have Already Submitted Their Tax Declarations

The Tax Service has reported that over 363,000 taxpayers have chosen to submit their declarations electronically. The agency urges taxpayers to submit their declarations in a timely manner, without postponing this obligation until the last minute.

Organizations and state and municipal employees are required to submit their Individual Income Tax declarations by April 1st. By May 1st, the following must also submit their tax declarations:

- Individual entrepreneurs, including those working under a patent;

- Individuals owning taxable property and land (excluding household plots);

- Peasant and farm households operating without forming a legal entity;

- Employees of institutions, enterprises, or organizations under the authority of a government body or local self-government body, engaged in scientific, creative, educational, medical, or other public service activities unrelated to executive functions;

- Employees of organizations and enterprises with state participation, not being state or municipal employees;

- Citizens with residence permits or kairylman status, earning income from international organizations;

- Individuals acquiring property exceeding 300,000 soms within a year.
