The Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Zaparov, recently visited the "Junda" oil refinery plant in Kara-Balta. The government's press service confirmed the visit, stating that Zaparov went on a working trip to the Chui region to familiarize himself with the plant's operations.
It was noted that a major overhaul of the plant began last November, with plans for further modernization in the coming fall. During his visit, the Prime Minister inspected the progress of the repairs, the production capabilities of the plant, and the future prospects of the oil refining sector.
He instructed relevant authorities to provide support for the successful launch of the plant, considering its potential, job creation, and contribution to the country's economic development.
