During a recent visit to the Chui region, Prime Minister Akylbek Zaparov inspected the construction progress of the Altyn Tulpar Unaa Kurulush car assembly plant. The plant is set to produce Chevrolet and Isuzu vehicles, aiming to boost the automotive industry and regional economy.

Zaparov emphasized that this investment project will contribute to the development of the automotive sector and instructed relevant government bodies to devise a support program for product implementation and facilitate the prompt launch of the plant.

Initially, the plant's production capacity will be 10,000 vehicles per year, creating over 1,000 permanent jobs. In addition to the car assembly plant, Zaparov visited several other facilities in the Chui region, including a logistics center with the country's first IQF shock freezing workshop, a poultry farm in Bishkek, and a shoe factory in the Sokuluk district.

Furthermore, he inspected the progress of construction at a new municipal livestock market in the Sokuluk district, where installations of shelters, fencing, and necessary utilities are underway. This initiative is expected to enhance infrastructure and economic activities in the region.
