Kyrgyzstan and Russia have agreed to collaborate on the construction of thermal power stations in the country. The memorandum of understanding was signed by the Minister of Energy of Russia, Nikolai Shulginov, and the Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Taalaibek Ibraev. The cooperation will focus on the construction project of the Chaldovar Thermal Power Station.
