Residents of Kyrgyzstan can now receive orders from Ozon with home delivery and the option for free fitting, as announced by the company's press service. This new delivery method is available to residents of Bishkek. Previously, Kyrgyzstani could receive their ordered goods through self-pickup at Ozon pick-up points, Boxberry, or Kyrgyz Pochtasy branches, or through the courier service of Kyrgyz Pochtasy.
Now, when placing an order on the website or app, customers can choose Ozon courier delivery, who will bring the items to the specified address on the chosen day. Customers will have 15 minutes for fitting and checking the goods. If the items are not satisfactory, they can be returned to the courier free of charge. On the day of delivery, the courier will call the recipient 20-60 minutes before arrival.
The minimum order value for Ozon courier delivery is 1,050 soms. For orders ranging from 1,050 to 2,500 soms, the delivery fee is 149 soms. Orders over 2,500 soms qualify for free courier delivery. Ozon entered the Kyrgyzstan market in December 2022. In January 2023, the company announced the opening of a representative office in Bishkek and launched a sorting center to enhance logistics development.
