The Ministry of Economy and Commerce in Kyrgyzstan has introduced a competition for joint large-scale high-tech and humanitarian projects named "Symbols of Eurasian Integration."
The competition seeks to identify projects that are innovative, technologically advanced, competitive, involve participants from multiple EAEU member states in the Eurasian region, and have significant social, economic, and technological impacts.
Entries are welcomed in eight categories:
- Basic Industry Technologies (new technologies in extractive and processing industries; agriculture)
- Transit Potential (transport and logistics solutions, transportation, infrastructure)
- Technological Sovereignty (instrument engineering, machine building, microelectronics, chemical and metallurgical technologies, telecommunications, electrical engineering, automotive industry, shipbuilding)
- Digital Platform Solutions (information security)
- New Technological Paradigm (robotics, nanotechnologies, biotechnologies, ICT, genetic engineering, space technologies)
- Human Capital (science and education, telemedicine, healthcare, culture, sports)
- Eurasian Tourism (hospitality industry, comprehensive tourist solutions, tourist maps)
- Financial Inclusivity (modern solutions for providing financial services, ensuring trade settlements between countries, enhancing their security)
"The finalists of the competition in each category will be recommended for further implementation in the territories of member states. Participants can include commercial and non-profit organizations, government institutions, associations, and individuals. Projects at the concept, prototype, implementation, and scaling stages are eligible for participation," as stated by the ministry.
