The Bishkek City Hall is organizing an auction for a 45.73-hectare land plot of the old "Ak-Kula" hippodrome, as announced by the municipality's press service. The decision to auction the property was made by the commission responsible for privatizing municipal assets.
As per the press release, an independent expert has valued the land plot at 8,731,917,000 soms, establishing it as the initial price for the auction. Interested participants must submit a security deposit equivalent to 10% of the starting price to participate in the online auction. The bidding increment has been set at 20% of the initial price.
During the auction, the starting sale price will be progressively increased by the specified bidding increment amount.
