On April 11 and 12, 2024, the primary market of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange witnessed the placement of additional issues of common shares of OJSC "Electric Stations" and OJSC "National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan." This information was released by the KSE press service.
The total additional issue amounted to 20 billion soms, with 10 billion soms allocated to each company. This placement was conducted in accordance with the shareholders' decision of the companies regarding the closed placement of additional share issues in favor of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, as per the resolution of the cabinet of ministers, as reported by the exchange.
