The Acting Managing Director of the European Investment Bank, Marcus Bernd, has shown interest in financing the Kambarata-1 Hydropower Plant project, as reported by the Cabinet of Ministers' website.
According to a statement, Marcus Bernd praised the support from esteemed financial institutions like the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, who have also shown interest in financing the construction of the Kambarata-1 HPP. He mentioned that this indicates the project's strong potential and relevance.
Key representatives from the European Investment Bank will now delve into studying the project and its financing matters, as confirmed by the Cabinet.
