Government of Kyrgyzstan and UAE Delegation Discuss Successful Reforms

The Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, participated in a committee meeting on reform preparation for external economic cooperation with partner countries. The delegation from the United Arab Emirates, led by Deputy Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of the UAE, Abdullah Nasser Luta, also attended the meeting.

Japarov highlighted the significance and effectiveness of the "Young Leaders of the Kyrgyz Republic 2024" program. It provided 25 Kyrgyz specialists from government agencies with online training on important topics such as politics, strategic efficiency, and management.

Offline training in Bishkek over the past three days deepened participants' knowledge and strengthened connections. It fostered a common understanding and collaboration on future projects for the benefit of the future, Japarov stated.

The results of the first phase of the "Government Accelerators" program were fruitful. They swiftly addressed long-standing issues that had previously created barriers in certain areas. Presentations were held on four directions for the second phase of the program:

1. Ensuring basic state services for children by providing birth certificates and personal identification numbers for newborns.

2. Simplifying procedures for document processing related to organizing freight transportation by rail.

3. Improving/simplifying procedures for implementing renewable energy projects.

4. Establishing an effective mechanism for state agencies to promote exports.

Japarov urged participants to professionally execute their assigned tasks and live up to expectations. He emphasized the importance of meeting challenges with dedication for successful outcomes.

Deputy Minister Luta expressed confidence in the successful completion of the second phase of the "Government Accelerators" program. He stressed the necessity of joint efforts to achieve the set goals.

Officials launched the "Young Leaders of the Kyrgyz Republic 2024" program and the second phase of the "Government Accelerators" reforms, aiming for positive and impactful outcomes.
