Since 2009, the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development has allocated over $660 million for the development of Kyrgyzstan, as reported by the organization's press service.
Among the projects funded are:
- Reconstruction of the Bishkek-Osh highway
- Rehabilitation of the Toktogul HPP
- Commissioning of the second hydro unit of the Kambarata HPP-2
- Donation of over 100 medical purpose vehicles
- Improvement of rural water supply in the Osh region
- Grant program for disease prevention in hard-to-reach areas called "Health Caravan"
- Financing of agricultural machinery supplies
- Stabilization funding and support for reforms
It is also worth noting that the Kyrgyz Republic is a founding member state of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development.
