Since the beginning of this year, 215,430 electronic patents have been issued online. This information was reported by the Tax Service.
According to the department, the patents were issued for a total amount of 531,993.8 soms.
Compared to the same period in 2023, 133,652 patents were issued less, or 248,783.4 soms less.
"The decrease in the number of issued patents is explained by entrepreneurs engaged in patent trading switching to other tax regimes," noted the Tax Service.
Starting from July 1 of this year, the issuance of patents in the field of trading activities will be discontinued.
To obtain and renew an electronic patent, there is no need to visit tax authorities. It is enough to have access to the "personal account" on the website cabinet.salyk.kg.
It is also possible to apply for and pay for an electronic patent through third-party digital platforms (commercial banks, mobile operators, and so on).
