The National Bank has issued a resolution amending the rules for remote client identification and verification for individual entrepreneurs who are citizens of Kyrgyzstan. Commercial banks are now allowed to use state information systems for this process, which will be equivalent to identification and verification via video communication.
Additionally, the National Bank has set limits for identified and verified bank clients engaged in entrepreneurial activities. The maximum balance limits are as follows:
- 1 million soms for an electronic wallet;
- 8 million soms for a limited functional bank account.
