From March 18 to 24, under the slogan "Protect Your Money, Ensure Your Future," the Global Money Week will take place in all regions of the country as announced by the National Bank. During the week, the National Bank, government agencies, public and international organizations, commercial banks, and microfinance institutions will conduct financial literacy lessons in schools, guest lectures, and training sessions at universities.
Additionally, excursions, open days at commercial banks, children's drawing and video competitions, and various other events will be held, shared on social media with the hashtag #GMWKyrgyzstan2024. Global Money Week is an annual large-scale campaign held in over a hundred countries worldwide to enhance the financial literacy of children and youth.
