During the General Assembly meeting of the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Turkic States, it was decided to admit Turkmenistan's Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a full member. The Union was established in 2019 and currently includes Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan, with Hungary and Northern Cyprus as observer members.
The union serves as a platform for further cooperation in trade and economic sectors among Turkic-speaking countries. Additionally, Turkmenistan's Chamber of Commerce and Industry will become a full member of the Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Turkic States.
