A working visit to Ashgabat by the head of the Foreign Economic Activity Department of the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange took place to discuss increasing trade turnover with Turkmenistan. Meetings were held with potential importers from the forestry complex and food industry enterprises of Turkmenistan.
Representatives from the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange held negotiations with the leadership of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan. Agreements were reached on exchanging experience, technologies, and developments in the field of exchange trading. The parties also explored the possibility of mutual accreditation of exchange brokers from BUCTB and SCTRMEX to participate in trading on mutually beneficial terms.
