The progress of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) gas pipeline construction was the central topic of discussion during bilateral negotiations between the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan A. Movlamov and the State Minister of Petroleum of Pakistan Musadik Malik. The Turkmenistan's foreign ministry reported on the meeting.
The Pakistani side expressed commitment to strengthening fruitful partnership between Turkmenistan and Pakistan. Malik highlighted that the TAPI project is a key priority for Pakistan, and all efforts are being made to expedite its implementation.
The Minister affirmed his determination to continue advancing the TAPI gas pipeline project without compromising the pace of its construction.
