Enterprises in Turkmenistan's light industry sector are demonstrating high production rates, as reported by the online publication "TurkmenPortal." One such example is the Turkmenabat Cotton Spinning Factory, which has seen production growth rates of over 100% since the beginning of 2023 compared to the same period last year. The factory's production plan aimed at producing goods worth 42 million manats. However, by the end of last year, the plan was exceeded by over 10 million manats. The head of the factory's Trade Union, Oguljan Rahimova, emphasized the state's support for the enterprise.
