During a meeting of the Turkmenistan Cabinet of Ministers, Deputy Prime Minister B. Amanov presented a report on the increase in natural gas production at the Galkynysh field. The report was provided by the online publication "TurkmenPortal".
Currently, specialists from the State Concern "Turkmengas" are conducting exploration for sulfur-free gas deposits through drilling of operational and appraisal wells. The State Concern continues to drill new wells to increase gas production and ensure its safe transportation. Efforts are underway to equip the State Concern with necessary modern equipment for onshore construction of new wells.
Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdymukhamedov issued relevant instructions on implementing measures to increase hydrocarbon production.
