The Committee on Land Resources Management has prepared amendments to the Rules for Rational Use of Agricultural Land. The new version specifies that agricultural producers must adhere to crop rotations based on a rotation plan approved according to recommendations from scientific organizations.
In the current rules, the requirement for the presence of livestock is set at a minimum of 20%. These changes aim to align with the provisions of the law on amendments to legislative acts of Kazakhstan regarding pasture use to meet the needs of the population for grazing livestock on personal and public pastures.
The document is available on the "Open Regulatory Acts" website for public discussion until April 5th. Previously, changes to tree felling rules in Kazakhstan were reported.
