Sadyr Japarov signed a decree to invalidate certain decrees of the president, as reported by the state leader's press service.
According to the document, the decrees on the temporary ban on the export of gold-bearing ore and gold concentrate from the Kyrgyz Republic dated October 26, 2022, No. 358, and the amendments to it have been invalidated.
The document comes into effect on the day of its official publication.
It is worth noting that starting from May 1, 2023, a temporary ban on the export of gold-bearing ore and gold concentrate from Kyrgyzstan has been introduced.
