Expansion of Information and Communication Infrastructure for E-Government in Kazakhstan

The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan has expanded the list of objects of the information and communication infrastructure of the "e-government," assigned to the operator of the information and communication infrastructure of the "e-government."

The updated list now includes two new information systems: the information system for "Control, Registration, and Issuance of Control Marks and Other Printed Products of the Republican State Enterprise 'Banknote Factory of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan'" and the technical regulation information system "E-KTRM."

Additionally, the list encompasses various other information systems such as the e-government web portal, e-government gateway, state databases for individuals and legal entities, e-licensing database, payment gateway of the e-government, address registry, real estate registry, integrated information system for population service centers, internet portal of state bodies of Kazakhstan, unified electronic document management system for state bodies of Kazakhstan, customs automated information system, selective control and risk management system, statistics and analysis system, control over the production and circulation of alcoholic products using holographic control marks, control over the production and circulation of excisable goods and certain types of petroleum products, integrated data repository, electronic declaration complex "Web Declarant," integrated treasury information system, civil registry information system, movable property registry, automated information system of the National Institute of Intellectual Property, e-learning system, taxpayer's cabinet web application, tax reporting processing system, industrial platform for integrating tax administration information systems, integrated tax information system, unified data repository, centralized unified personal account, web portal of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan, taxpayer and tax object registry, electronic invoicing system, operational control center, integrated customs tariff, mobile government office, standard control bank of regulatory legal acts in electronic form, state land cadastre automated information system, mobile government system, integrated state subsoil management system, ASHYQ platform software (computer program), e-application system, unified electronic document archive, integrated personnel management information system, unified legal aid information system, and the unified notarial information system.

This comprehensive update brings the total number of different information systems in the list to 47. The directive will come into effect on March 30, 2024.
