In a phone conversation, Vladimir Putin thanked Tokayev for his support. The Russian President also addressed the nation following the attack at "Crocus City Hall," where all four attackers have been apprehended. Investigations are ongoing, with the latest reports indicating 115 casualties and search operations still underway.
The attackers, dressed in camouflage, opened fire with automatic weapons just minutes before a concert by the rock band "Picnic" at Crocus City Hall on March 22nd. Emergency services continue to recover bodies from the scene.
