A vacant mandate of a member of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan has been transferred to Amanat party member Nursultan Baytilesov. The resolution on the registration of Baytilesov as a member of the Majilis has been published on the website of the Central Election Commission of Kazakhstan.
Nursultan Baytilesov, born in 1991 in Zhetysay, has a diverse educational background, having graduated from various institutions with specializations in Law, Economics, and Business. He began his professional career as a leading specialist at the Almaty District Court of Astana in 2009 and has since held various positions within the judicial system.
From March 2016 to November 2018, Baytilesov served as the head of the Military Court Administrator State Institution. He later worked as the head of the Shymkent City Courts Administrator State Institution from November 2018 to January 2020. Since February 2023, he has been working as the First Deputy Head of the Judicial Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Under Baytilesov's leadership, efforts have been made to simplify access to online case reviews in the Judicial Cabinet, implement QR code access, and develop a Smart Assistant for judges. Notably, he is the only representative of the Presidential Youth Cadre Reserve of the first selection working within the judicial system.
