Erbol Ospanov appointed as Vice Minister of Health in Kazakhstan

Erbol Ospanov, born in 1977 in the South Kazakhstan region, has been appointed as the Vice Minister of Health with a release from his previous position. The announcement was made on April 1st by the government's press service.

Ospanov is a graduate of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1998 and Kazakh National Agrarian University in 2002. He started his professional career in 1999 as an engineer at Kazgiprozheldortrans JSC.

Throughout his career, Ospanov has held various managerial positions in different organizations, including Kazakhstan Scientific Research Institute of Railway Transport, Center for Informatization of Financial Systems JSC, National Information Technologies JSC, National Infocommunication Holding Zerde JSC, and structures of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Kazakhstan.

Since 2020, Ospanov has been serving as the Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Kazakhstan. Additionally, on the morning of April 1st, it was announced that Natalya Godunova has been relieved of her position as the head of the Supreme Audit Office.
