On April 15th, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will make a one-day official visit to Armenia. During the visit, he will hold talks with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and President Vaagn Khachatryan, according to a statement by Akorda. Following the visit's agenda, the head of state will depart from Yerevan to one of the regions in Kazakhstan affected by floods.
Earlier on April 5th, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev paid a working visit to the Uzbek city of Urgench. He was welcomed at the airport by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Tokayev had an informal meeting with President Mirziyoyev, where they discussed further strengthening the Kazakh-Uzbek strategic partnership and alliance.
