The Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Aysen Nikolaev, is set to visit Kazakhstan in April. This was announced by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Aibek Smadiyarov.
According to Smadiyarov, the visit will take place from the 17th to the 21st of April. In Astana, Aysen Nikolaev will participate in the opening ceremony of the Days of the Republic of Sakha in Kazakhstan and will also meet with Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
"During the visit, meetings with the country's leadership and a number of state bodies are planned, as well as a presentation of the investment and tourism potential of Yakutia, and B2B meetings," Smadiyarov said.
He noted that the Days of the Republic of Sakha will be held in two cities - Astana and Almaty from the 17th to the 24th of April.
In 2023, Nikolaev had already visited Kazakhstan on an official visit.
