Former Head of the Ministry of Digital Development Bagdat Musin commented on his resignation. Musin expressed his gratitude on his Instagram page.

In his farewell post, he began by saying, "You probably have all heard the latest news about my resignation. I would like to first of all thank the head of state for the trust placed in me and the opportunity to lead the digitization in the country as one of the key blocks."

The ex-minister clarified that since 2020, much has been accomplished and much more is yet to come. Today, he continued, Kazakhstan rightfully can be called one of the most advanced digital countries in the world.

"And this is thanks to a great team of professionals with whom we grew together, shared both difficulties and great victories. I am grateful to each of you for the support, trust, and involvement in the processes of implementing digital services and the development of the Ministry of Digital Development and Aerospace Industry. I am proud of our achievements, which have made the lives of ordinary Kazakhs easier and more convenient – these are digital government services," said Bagdat Musin.

Additionally, Musin wrote in conclusion, "Our progressive digital products have been recognized at the international level and have allowed us to represent our country alongside global digital leaders."

It was previously reported that by the decree of the head of state, Musin was relieved of his position as the Minister of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan. It is worth noting that Bagdat Musin has been heading the digital ministry since September 2, 2020.
