Arai Urazova has been appointed as the Vice Minister of Education in Kazakhstan. The announcement was made on March 11, 2024, by the government's press service. According to the statement, Arai Urazova was born in 1988 in the East Kazakhstan region and has a background in technical and humanitarian studies.

She began her career in 2009 as an IT manager in a commercial structure and has since held various positions in different organizations. From 2011 to 2018, she worked in several specialist roles, including tester, analyst, and business analyst at the National Information Technologies company.

Between 2018 and 2020, she served as the chief data management analyst and project manager at the National Infocommunication Holding "Zerde." In 2020-2021, she was the Deputy Director of the Digitalization Department at the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan.

Since 2021, Arai Urazova has been holding the position of Deputy Chairperson of the Board at the National Information Technologies company. With her diverse background and experience in the field of information technology and digitalization, her appointment as Vice Minister of Education is expected to bring valuable expertise to the sector in Kazakhstan.
