The Alley of Martyrs, located in the Nagorno Park, serves as a fraternal grave where national heroes, victims of the 1990 tragedy and those who died in the battles for Karabakh, are buried. Tokayev also laid flowers at the grave of Zarifa Aliyeva, the wife of Heydar Aliyev.
