He highlighted that the presence of Kazakh literature in major bookstores has increased, with a new generation of publishers translating and releasing many international bestsellers, including both fiction and business literature. The state policy aims to strengthen the role of the Kazakh language in everyday life without coercion but through concrete actions.
On March 16, 2022, President Tokayev proposed the establishment of the National Kurultai in his address to the people of Kazakhstan, which will continue the work of national councils at the national level. The decree on its establishment was signed by the head of state on June 15.
