Danial Kadyrov, the Vice Minister of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan, has been relieved from his position. The announcement was made through a press release from the Prime Minister's office on March 18, 2024.

According to the official statement, Kadyrov was relieved from his position due to transitioning to another job. He had been appointed to the position in March 2022. Born in 1975 in Almaty, Danial Kadyrov graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

His career began in 1999 as a leading specialist at the Department of Mass Media of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Over the years, he held various positions within the Ministry of Culture, including Deputy Director of the Department of Youth Policy and Chief of the Youth and Social Programs Management at the Ministry of Education and Science.

He also served as the Deputy Akim of Stepnogorsk and later as the head of the Department of State Control and Organizational Work at the Administration of the President of Kazakhstan. From 2007 to 2015, Kadyrov worked as an advisor to the Ambassador of Kazakhstan in Mongolia and Turkmenistan.

Between 2015 and 2019, he held the position of Executive Director at the Association of Broadcasters of Kazakhstan. From 2019 to 2022, he served as the Deputy Head of the Department for Monitoring Complaints at the Administration of the President of Kazakhstan.
