Kazakhstan's Yulia Putintseva Advances in Miami Open with Victory Over Minnen

In Miami, USA, the "Masters" tournament is underway, and Kazakhstan's second-ranked player Yulia Putintseva (No. 68 WTA) continues her successful performance at the sunny venue. In the third round match, she defeated Belgian player Greet Minnen (No. 79 WTA).

Yulia Putintseva secured victory with a score of 6:2, 2:6, 6:4, after a match lasting 1 hour and 42 minutes. Putintseva's performance included one ace, two double faults, and successfully converting three out of four break points. Minnen, on the other hand, hit two aces, committed two double faults, and won two out of two break points.

In the fourth round, Putintseva will face Ukraine's Angelina Kalinina (No. 36 WTA), who sensationally defeated the world's second-ranked player, Aryna Sabalenka from Belarus (6:4, 1:6, 6:1).

Prior to this, Kazakhstan's women's team leader Elena Rybakina also advanced to the fourth round of the Miami Open.
