In the second round of the singles event, Zhukayev secured a victory over American Christian Langmo (ranked No. 430 in the ATP) with a score of 6-3, 7-5, advancing to the quarterfinals. The match lasted 1 hour and 19 minutes, during which Zhukayev served eight aces, committed two double faults, and converted two out of three break points.
Next, Zhukayev will face Australian Adam Walton (ranked No. 135 in the ATP) for a spot in the semifinals. In the quarterfinals of the doubles event, Zhukayev and Swiss partner Antoine Bellier were defeated by the duo of Petr Matusevski (Poland) and Matthew-Christopher Romios (Australia) with a score of 4-6, 4-6.
