In the match to qualify for the main draw of the tournament, Yevseyev lost to Argentina's Diego Schwartzman (ATP No. 142) with a score of 2:6, 0:6. Earlier, in the first qualifying round, Yevseyev defeated German tennis player Benjamin Hassan (ATP No. 152) with a score of 6:2, 3:6, 6:3.
