Erzhet Zharlykasyn, representing Kazakhstan in Greco-Roman wrestling, clinched a gold medal at the Asian Championship in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on April 15th.
It was highlighted that Nur Sultan Tursynov will also compete for a gold medal today in the 87-kilogram category, while Ibrahim Magomedov will vie for third place in the 77-kilogram category.
Earlier, it was announced that two more Kazakhstani female wrestlers secured bronze medals at the Asian Championship taking place from April 11th to 16th in Kyrgyzstan. For more details, you can read here.
