Kazakhstan's top tennis player, Elena Rybakina, will begin her journey in Stuttgart from the second round, skipping the opening round. Her first opponent will be Veronika Kudermetova from Russia, who defeated Barbora Krejcikova from the Czech Republic after a fierce battle lasting three hours and six minutes, with a score of 5:7, 6:4, 6:4.
Kudermetova served four aces, made two double faults, and converted five out of eight break points earned. On the other hand, Krejcikova scored two aces, committed five double faults, and capitalized on four out of 13 break points. In their previous encounters in the WTA tour, Rybakina has faced Kudermetova three times, leading with a 3:0 record. The fourth match between them is scheduled for April 17.
