Kazakhstan's badminton team leader, Dmitry Panarin, has qualified for the 2024 Olympics. The National Olympic Committee of Kazakhstan stated that Panarin has accumulated 25,005 points, currently ranking 31st in the Olympic standings.
In the team rankings, Kazakhstan holds the 25th position with 2,695 points, securing Panarin's license. The official allocation of quotas will take place on April 30th. Previously, a new competition was announced in Kazakhstan for the design concept of the official Olympic parade and sports uniforms for the national team for the Paris Olympics.
The initial design competition, which started in February, did not produce any winning sketches according to the commission's standards, resulting in the decision to declare the first competition void.
